CONCERT by the Woolston Band is scheduled for Monday evening at 3YA. As is to be expecied from this combination, an excellent programme has been arranged. An equally excellent supportiug yoenl prograinine will also be presented by SYA artists. he always popular Miss iranees Hlamerton will be singing and Mrs. Bingham Puddey (mezzo-contralto) will be warmly welcomed after an absence of some months. Male voices will be Mr. Russell Sumner (tenor) and Mr. Jack Smythe (baritone). The items to be sung will include two duets. TWlocutionary items this evening will also be a feature. Some of Mr. Harry instone’s humorous contributions will be his own composition. The talented young entertainer, Miss Mavis Kinsella, will be heard in some bright moments aft the piano, to her own accompaniment. HE Radiolians, who usually "stage" a comie opera, will next Wednesdiy present a miscellaneous programme and a particularly enjoyable entertainment is promised. The concerted numbers include "Maid in the Moon." from "San Toy," "I Know a Bank,’ and "Come Lads and lasses.’ ‘The solos comprise a fine variety of vocal items. Selections by Mr. Beck’s orchestra (second appearance at 83YA), recitations by Miss May Turner, pianoforte solos by Miss Aileen Warren, and clarinet solos by Mr. S. EB.
