INTERESTING LETTERS APPRECIATION OF 1YA, NTER alia, in the course of a letter to 1YA, Mr. B. L. Spurlock, of Stockton, California, writes :-- "The music comes in fine for a few minutes, and then fades away for 4 short time, but most all stations in Australia and Japan do the same in my experience in IX chasing, which I take a great delight in. I have between 200 and 800 stations on my list from (different parts of the world. I find that « 500 or 1000 wt. station comes in better over water at three times the distance than over land."
Clearer than 4QG. A LETYER from Coolangatta, Queensland, states: "for some time we have been enjoying the programme broadcast by your station, ani on Friday night last we heard and enjoyed « description of the fight from the Town IYall. We had the Sandman from Brisbane listening-in one night, and he agreed with us that the reception was much clearer than AQ."
