It runs as follows :-‘Although quite a stranger to you, I feel I must write and thank you for your very delightful evening’s entertainment, Your lecturette on Shakespeare was full of interest and most beautifully delivered, «and was conunented on by all of us as a lesson in cultured English diction, Your Cassius and Brutus was a splendid effort, ‘The whole evening was a sheer delight, Dut I suppose some of our disgruntled ones would sooner listen to the --- Jazz Band Thank (God, the age of jazz will pass, int beauty liyes for ever. Once again, many thanks, and a sincere desire to hear you again,"
