Iuquiry from the Secretary of the Post Office shows that 18,000 peopie renewed their licenses for the full year, 1928-29 prior to March 31, thus demonstrating the popularity of the Department’s move in accepting renewals before the actual beginning of the New Year, and so avoiding delay.
