The Balclutha Boys' Brass Band, now touring the North Island, which recently broadcast a fine concert from 4YA. The boys are meeting with a good reception on their tour, and are incidentally improving North Islanders' knowledge of southern geography, as one northern paper reports that some local girls were surprised to find the boys did not speak Indian, but only Scotch with an English accent.
