LIMERICKS.
When Dad made his first wireless set, He sent out some howlers, you bet, Till the people next door Could stand it no more, And now their nice home is "to let." There was a lady of Gloster, Who had a white cat and lost her, She asked the Broadcaster To make known the disaster, And the cat was returned by a coster. There was a young man of St. Kilda, Of wireless sets he was a builder; His wife said, "My word," When Australia she heard, But 4VA programmes most thrilled her.
