2 veges, 60z, flour, grated rind large orange, strained juice of 4 orange, 5oz. butter, 60z. sugar, 4 teaspoon baking powder, little milk, Method: Cream the butter, sugar, and orange rind; add eggs, beat well, then add flour; add the orange juice and milk, beat the mixture well, and stir in J ding powder, Put into a greased sandwich tin and bake half an hour.
