By a proposed amendinent to the South African Radio Act of 1926, it is hoped to place a better check on unlicensed set cwners. The amendment makes it obligatory that "any person who sells, gives, or in any manner whatever supplies any valve, foudspeaker, or telephone receiver to any person who is not a licensed listener under this Act shall within seven days after such supply notify the PostmasterGeneral thereof by written notice sctting out the name and eddress of the person so supplied.’’
