If you play a copyrighted song in a public amusement place for profit you are comunitling an act of infringement end the owner of the song may sue you for damage and an injunction. ‘Lo S. | A. Lewis, manager of the Up-to-Date Dancing in the Minnesota District Court handed down) a decision awarding Irving Berlin, Incorporated, an injunction and %50 dollars and costs. All Lewis did was hare his orchestra play ‘All Alone."
