We frequently get enquiries from Architects, Builders. Engineers, &c., asking for names and addresses of suppliers of specialities connected with the various trades. Suppliers frequently assume that because they send out a printed circular or make a call now and then on users, that they have done all that is necessary to “keep the users’ memory green.” This is quite a mistake. The User must have instant and ready means of reference to some reliable source of information that he sees regularly.
