If A MALTHOID ROOF is waterproof, and rainproof, but like everything else in nature, sometimes needs rejuvenating. When it looks “ felty ” it may be made just as good or better than new by being painted with Malthoid Coating If this is done occasionally a Malthoid Roof will last as long as the building it covers.
