Wren, who left Invercargill two years ago to take up a position in an architect's office in Sydney, has been appointed draughtsman to the Housing Board, which is controlled by the New South Wales Parliament to erect residences at Daceyville, the Government garden suburb of Sydney. The Board has been authorised to spend £150,000 on the work and Mr. Wren has a free hand in the designing of the residences.
