Mr. H. S. Morran, A.E.1.8.A. of Queen Street, Auckland has entered into partnership with Mr. T. W. May, under the name of May & Morran. The new firm will carry on their business in Mr. May’s rooms in H.M. Arcade, Queen Street.
Mr. Leslie D. Coombs A.E.1.8.A. has received notification that he has been advanced from the rank of Associate of the New Zealand Institute of Architects to that of Fellow.
We are informed on good authority that two well known architects in Auckland joined forces last month, namely Messrs. B. C. Chilwell, A.R.1.8. A. and Cecil Trevithick, A.E.1.8.A. The new firm will he known as Chilwell & Trevithick, A A.E.1.8. A., and their offices will be in Phoenix Chambers Queen Street.
Mr. W. F. Warren Electrical Engineer in charge of Waipori Falls power station Dunedin, has been appointed to the position of engineer to the Napier City Council in place of Mr. D. M. Hursthouse who recently resigned.
