In conformity with, arrangements made a' the Provincial Council, held in Wellingtox in 1899, this Seminary has been established for the education of students fron every diocese in New Zealand who aspir< to the dignity of the priesthood. The Seminary is under the patronage and direction of the Archbishops and Bishop* of New Zealand, and under the immediate personal supervision of the Bishop oi Dunedin.
