The mission conducted by Father O’Leary at St.' Mary’s Church, Paeroa, which was brought to a close on Sunday; June 1, was considered to be the most successful ever held in the goldfields district. Although the weather was stormy, the church was well filled, and all, without a single exception, approached the Holy Table, while at . the evening devotions the church was crowded.
