The men in camp at Trentham have been notified that a seperation allowance of Is per diem, for seven days a week, lias been granted by the Minister of Defence to married non-commissioned officers and privates of the New Zealand Expeditionary Force. This applies to the wives of non-commissioned officers and privates of the Main Expeditionary Force and all subsequent reinforcements. Payment is to commence from the Ist of June, 1915, for those already in the force on that date, and from the date of enlistment for others.
