Dannevirke

(From an occasional correspondent.) Much sympathy is felt for the sorrowing parents, brothers, and sisters of the late Master Charles Parker, who passed away at their residence in Dannevirke on May 8. The deceased was an ex-pupil of the convent school, and did credit to it during his.brief career. The interment took place on May 11, with full military honors, the deceased having been a sergeant in the senior cadets. A large procession, headed by the Municipal Band, followed the hearse, and consisted of a body of school children, the senior cadets, and many friends of the deceased. The burial service was conducted by the Rev. Father Bowe. —R.I.P.
