Rev. Henry Rufus Sargent, graduate of Harvard, a priest of the archdiocese of Boston and formerly Superior-General of the Anglican Fathers of Holy Cross, is at Downside Abbey, England, having been received into the Benedictine Order, in which he will be known as Father Leonard, 0.5.8. On his return to the United States Father Leonard will make a Benedictine foundation entirely native and adapted to the conditions of the national life, yet guided in some measure by the traditions of monasticism in Great Britain.
