NEW PAPAL NUNCIO. Mgr. Ragonesi, the new Papal Nuncio at Madrid, presented his credentials to the Spanish Sovereign on April 3. The Nuncio spoke of the esteem and affection which the Holy Father entertains for the Spanish nation, and said he hoped that his efforts as Nuncio would strengthen the good relations between the. Holy See and Spain. King Alfonso, in reply, expressed his filial love for the Holy Father and assured the Nuncio that his mission would receive his help and that of his Ministers.
