A hitherto orthodox Bulgarian community in the Province of Dohrudja has formally adopted Catholicism en masse. It is estimated that no fewer than 40,000 Catholic women are now working in France for the religious education of children. A negro Catholic College has just been founded at Richmond, Virginia, and will be the only one of its kind in the United States. A large number of applications have already been received.
