(From our own correspondent.) September 5. Affairs in connection with the Catholic Young Men’s Club have been very quiet of late. Madden vice-presidents, Rev. Father O’Hare, Messrs. W. J. Cunningham, M. J. Burgess, H. P. Madden, T. Buckley, T. Staunton, J. Farrell, D. McDonnell, T. Dowling, W. Soal, E. Langley, D. Fitzgerald, and J. McQuilkin; captain, Mr. J. F. Pritchard (re-elected); vice-captain, Mr. H. Walsh; treasurer, Mr. T. L. Brophy; hon. secretary, Mr. M. O’Brien; committee, Messrs. T. Berry, J. McCormick, E. Findlay, T. Pucrell, A. and N. Fitzgerald; auditor, Mr. T. M. Brophy. Votes of thanks were accorded the president, captain, and retiring secretary, who briefly replied.
