ST. MARY'S CONVENT HIGH SCHOOL, PONSONBY
(From our own co-respondent.) annual concert and 'distribution of nrizes took place on December 14, the Right Rev. Mgr. O'Reilly presiding. The stage_ was tastefully decoiated for the occasion, and the hall was crowded with- visitors. The pupil*" acquitted themselves in the several items with admirable skill. An address was read by Miss O'Donnell, who" set forth the results of the -year's work and invited the visitors to the btudy Hall, where the exhibits in painting, woodcarvmg, dressmaking, plain and fancy needlework '- etc were exhibited Right Rev. Mgr. O'Reilly, in a short speech eulogised the grand work done by the Sisters, and thanked ihe pupils for their pleasant entertainment Ihe prize list is as follows : — L.
