'' ' -■'" ;.-..-■..->:. — The annual report, which was presented by sthe-director (Brother -Paul), stated that the college was in a satisfactory position, there being now 75 scholars, .of whom 44---were boarders. Of the latter, about one-fourth were from Auckland and suburbs, the remainder being from various parts of New Zealand. The :issu.e of a magazine in connection with the debating club and other marks of progress were referred to. Special reference was made to the successes of last year's University examinations of E. Mahoney V- Carroll (of Auckland), and P. Amodeo (of Wellington), all boys of the college. Thanks were exdonated prizes and trophies, and thosewho had -assisted, the college in other directions during- tno.yeaiY' . "■■■■ .
