The sheet for the quarter ended June 30 showed the branch to be in a sound and satisfactory position. One aaaididate was initiated and five proposed for membership. Landi and M. Hennessy ■ assistant secretary, Bro. P. Malloy (re-elected) ; auditor, Bros. J. Radforcl and G. E. Simon (re-elected). In response to a letter from the D.E. inviting a-subscrip-tion towards the Redemptorist Fathers' new church' at Oriental Bay, it was decided to forward a contribution of £2.
