POLICE v. BRADY. Book Gift Tea AN APPEAL. MR. JUSTICE CHAPM&N, on appeal, quashed the conviction against Mr Brady, the Gisborne Agent, for selling •' Book Gift " Tea with a coupon attached. His Honour ruled that the system adopted by the Proprietors of "Book Gift" Tea of giving Coupons as a means of exchange for the books was perfeotly legal and did not come within the meaning of the Act. This decision had the full concurrence of the other judgeß.
