Jbather O'Neill occupied the chair, « arid'- -the speakers were as follow"* — Affirmative, ' Messrs. - /Mulvihill (leader)', Jas. Griffith, and Ihos. Corcoran ;..negiative, lviessrs. j. "Wallace (leader), F. Ciooney, E.-Cur-ran, and Rev. Father O'Neill. There was" a fair . attendance of members. On the question .being put to the meeting, the verdict was given unanimously to the negative sifle. A hearty vote of thanks was accorded. the. Rev. Father O'Neill for presiding. Our worthy president (Mr. J. Cagney), sen.) left last weeJr for a trip to- Rotorua. The Catlidlixj.
