In the list of successful dental students this year in the North-Western University of Chicago, the first -name is that of Mr. T. ii. Butler, of Wellington (says the 'New Zealand Times'). There were 170 candidates for examination, and in each of his fourteen subjects Mr. Butler scored over 90 per cent, of the maximum of manes. Mr. Butler was complimented by the Dean, Dr. G. V.
