Ihe deceased young lady was born at Staffordtown, "Westland, and .from childhood was of that kindly, thoughtful, and amiable nature which drew around- her a host of friends, to whom she was endeared b>y the .closest ties of affection. A sister of.-flfe deceased is a member of the Order of Notre- Dame des Missions. The deceased passed awayafter a comparatively, brief illness, and died fortified by the rites of- the Church. A Requiem Mass for the repose of her soul, was celebrated in the Cathedral by Rev. Father Peoples, 'assisted by the Rev. Father O'Connell, and in the" presence of his Lordship the Bishop at the throne. Father Peoples officiated at the graveside assasted by Father O'Connell, the interment taking place at .the Linwood Cemetery.— R.l.P;
