Messrs. Donald Reid and Co. (Ltd.) report:— We held our weekly auction sale of grain and produce at our stores on Monday. The c was a full at--tendance of buyers, who competed well ""for all suitable lines of • fowl wheat, potatoes, and chaff. Prices, for those lines, were well maintained, but for oats, turnips, and straw the demand was slack. Values ruled as under': — * Oats.— ln sympathy with lower values at v the Bluff the local demand is ea&.er.
