In the Uighcr examination. 'in the art of teaching, held hy. Trinity College in 'July last,' Miss K. Carter igh-t^ obta,imed her diploma o£ Associate. Miss K. Cartwrightj A.T.C.L., is a pupil of the Dominican Oon--vent, Oamaru. The four pupils presented by the same convent fox the Royal Academy examination held by Mr. W. Wesche were successful. In the elementary giratle, Miss Annie Lynch gamed 126 marks and Myrtle Garard 115. In the '-'primary- grade,/ Grace 'Molloy gained 114 and Irene Madden 111. T.jvo pupils of Miss X.' Cartwfiglit, A.T.C.L., were also successhil— Alis Molloy gaining 110 marks in primary grade, amfMaude i Cartwright 113 in the same gride.
