Father Brady, of Ipswich, returneii recently ■ from a trip to Ireland. The Hibernians and other members -of tiho congregation at Esilc met him the other day and -presented him with an aiddress of 'welcome an/d a purse of sovereigns. After warmly thanking the people, hd gene-ro-usly handed over the purse of sovereigns .to tho treasurer of the Hibernian Society, saying :, ' J do .so jn the hope that it will be spent to' better advaftitage by' your Society, t'n which lam vefv deeply interested.
