The Site of the College is charminjrly situated. It .a within easy reach of Queen street, overlooks the Waitexaata Harbor, and commahds a magnificent view of the Waitakerei Ranges. Abutting the Kichmond Road, the College lifts its stately form on a section of land 14 acres in extent.
