The Literary and Debating Society has formed a Parliamentary Union, and the first session was opened last week, whein keen interest was taken in the business. Cavanagh Speaker. The policy of the Government was lucidly propounded by the Premier, and severely critilcifeed byi the Opposition, and after a ' caucus ' meeting had been held several Bills were introduced.
