TENDERS FOR THE SUPPLY OF BATCHELS, VALISES AND LEGGINGS. General Post Office, Wellington, 15th May, 1902. rpENDER^ will be received at the General Post Office, Wellington, JL until THURSDAY, the 12th June, for the SUPPLY of Letter-carriers' and Telegraph Messengers' BATCHELSand LEGGINGS and Telegraph Linemen's VALISES for the three years ending 31st May, 1905. The approximate quantities required in each year will be 140 satchels and valises and 200 pairs of leggings. (Samples may be seen at the Chief Post-offices at Auckland, Christchurch, and Dunedin, and at the Poßt and Telegraph Store, Wellington. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. All tenders must be accompanied by one sample of each of the articles required. In the case of unsuccessful tenderers, the samples will He purchased by the Department.
