(For week ending December 19.) PRODUCE. Napier, December 13. — Messrs. Nelson Bros., Tomoana, have received the following cable from the C.C. and D. Company, London, to-day: — 'Frozen meat market: To-day's quotations are— Best Canterbury, 4Jd ; Napier and North Island, 4*d per lb. Lamb is not quoted.' London, December 14.— Butter : The market for Colonial butter is a shade weaker — at 110s to 112s ; Danish is unchanged. Rabbits. — 25,573 crates of Victorian were offered by auction. 158 were sold at 14s and 2:> at 14s 3d per crate. The remainder were withdrawn. Wheat. — The market is steady. Australian January and February shipment parcels, 29s M ; cargoes, 30s M ; off -coast, 31s 3d asked, 30s paid. London, December 16. — Frozen mutton — Crossbred and maiden ewes — Canterbury, 4J<l ; Dunedin and Southland, 1^1; Xorth Island, -4 Jd. Lamb : None offering.
