The executors in the estate of the late Mr. George Ross are offering for sale by tender the well-known Tavistock Hotel, with outbuildings, and 42 acres of land, in the township of Waipukurau, in the Hawkes Bay district. The hotel is the only one in the township, and being situated in a splendid distriot with every prospect of an increasing population in the near future, is well worth the attention of capitalists and others.
