THE DAIRYING INDUSTRY IN OTAGO.
Mr. Ruddick, dairy commissioner, gives a glowing account of the dairying industry, espesially in the Taieri district. The output thia season already exceeds the whole of last season's, and soma of the factories are turning out five tons of batter par day.
