INDEPENDENT TESTIMONY.
Bishop Gaughran, 0.M.1., of Kimberley, in a letter to a member of the Boston Herald staff, says he is not an Englishman nor are his sympathies in general with England, but he could safely say that very seldom had England a more just cause for war than in the present case.
