London, November 2. — The wheat markets are declining and weak ; 30a 6d and 31s 6d are asked for cargoes afloat, and 28s 6d and 29s for parcels. The American visible supply of wheat is 74,583,000 bushels. The mild weather and heavy supplies are depressing the butter market. Danish, 1163 ; choicest colonial, 106s to 108s.
