There is talk .it Rome of the Prince of Wales guing shortly to pay an official vibit to the Quirinal Court. The general opinion is that diplomatic considerations have a good deal to do with the visit, and it is alleged that the English Government doiros to arrange, through the Prince, an Anglo-Italian campaign in the boivlan.
