The Marquis of Hipon has written to General Booth, expressing ayproval ot his scheme, and inclosing a cheque for £100. A colossal monument to the memory of the Oomte de Cbambord is to be erec ed at St. Anne d'Auray, in Britanny. The statue of the Comte is Dearly redy, and will be unvet eJ early next year.
