It is said that Eaxl Dudley of England, who is 60 years old, has offered to bet $25,000 to $25 that the son of Napoleon 111. will be proclaimed Emperor of France during the Earl's lifetime, and that the odds were at once accepted by the Prince of Wales and by three other persons.
