He has medical attendance and medicine for himself and family immediately on joining. If a single man with a WIDOWED MOTHER A.S\) BROTHERS AND SISTERS (.aider 18 years of age), he has medical attendance and medicino for them. A member removing cau have a CLEARANCE which will ADMIT him to ANY branch of the bociety 111 the locality to which he may remove. Honorary and Life Uouorarj Members aie provided for, and may, on the payment of a biIALL weekly contribution, secure medicil atteadance. As set forth in the introduction to the Rules, one' of the objects of the Society is for the members to " Cherish the memory of Ireland,' ' rejoicing in the prosperity and condoling in tlio sulferings ot their native land, and to bind them yet closer in social chains of fraternity and friendship in this distant land. Also, to endeavor to instil iuto the mine's of the Celtic-New -Zealand nice a veneration for the land of their foreiathers, in order that they may imitate, if not excel, the faith and virtues of that devoted nation j and to extend the hand of fellowship to their co-ivligionists of every nationality, participating with them in a brotherly spiiit every benefit, soc-iul and pecuniary, the Society affords. Any person desirous of havi«ig a branch opened shall make application to v, branch, verified by signatures of not less than thirteen persons not members, who wish to become members thereof; also the signature of the lesident Pnest, if available, and at the same time forward the sum o( 10s. each as proposition fee*.
