The well-known Shamrock Hotel has again changed hands, but under its present proprietor the prestige gained, by it Avill suffer no abatement. It is now in the possession of Mr. Philps — a gentleman admirably qualified to conduct it in a. style that will ensure its holding a first-class rank amongst establishments of ita kind in Dunedin.
