MOSS begs to inform the public in general that he has opened a Loan and Discount Office in Moray Place, opposite the Criterion Hotel, where he is prepared to lond sums from £5 to £500 at the lowest rates of interest, on personal or other available security, repayable by weekly or monthly instalments.
