FORM OF APPLICATION FOR SHARES. - Date 1875. To the Provisional Directors of the " New Zealand Royal Pottery Company" (Limited). Gentlemen — I hereby make application for Share! in the above Company, and hand you herewith the sum of £ : : being the amount of five shillings per share deposit on tho s ime ; and I agree to take the said shares, or any less number that may be allotted to me. The Investors' Shares in this Society are tre following: — Terminating Shares of tbe ultimate value of Fifty Pounds each which are realised after seventy-fire monthly payments of Ten Shillings each. These Shares may be withdrawn at any time, with interest at the rate of eight per cent, per annum after the first year, upon giving one month's notice. No withdrawal fee is charged. Permanent Shares of Fifty Pounds each, payable in one sum, are also isiued. On these Shares Half-yearly Dividends are paid at the rate of eight per cent, per annum, to* gether with Annual Bonus out of the Surplus Profits. Deferred Paid-up Shares, to be realised at the end of three, five, or seven years, at the option of the Shareholder. These Shares may be withdrawn at any time, with compound interest, at the rate of six per cent, per annum, on giving three months' notice. The Society grants loans on mortgage upon uiOßt favorable terms, repayable by monthly, quarterly, or half-yearly instalments, com* niencipg immediately ; or the repayment in* stalments in ay be deferred for one, two, or three years. To facilitate building operations, the' Society will make payment of advances during the progress of buildings. The Society also receives deposits, secured by the Society's Debentures, pursuant to the Building and Land Societies Act, at current rates of interest.
