WHEREAS by deed dated 6th October. 1871, duly registered pursuant to the Patents Act, 1870,' Edward Hogbeti granted unto us, the uwdemgned, a sole, exclusive, and irrevocable license to use within the Provhice of Ofago certain inventions intituled *'An Improved Stopper for Bottles for containing Aerated or Gaseous Liquids," and *' Improvements in Apparatus for supplying the Syrup in the mnnufacture of Aerated Beverages and other liquids, also applicable to other purposes," during the residue of the' term for which, the said Patents uro granted : And whereas we have reason to suppose that certain persons in the said Province are inringing the said Patents, we 111 1 ere fore offer a REWAKD Oj?
