The half-yearly meeting of St. Patrick's Branch, No. 74, was held in the Eoman Catholic Chuich, Ifaeeby, on Friday, 26th December. The mmu-es of the previous meeting were read nnd confirmed. The books and accounts, etc. of the Bran li were audited by Bros. A. O'Connel, and J. Clancy. The auditors have iound the books and Recounts, etc. correct. The Secretary read the bnlauce sheet, which shows £22 ss. to the credit of tho Brauch in Bank.
