The City Council invite Tenders, to be lodged at the Town Clerk's Office. The Bonds are issuable under the authority aud provisions of the " Ohigo Municipal Corporations Ordinance, 1865 3" bear interest at the rate of Six per centum per annum, payable b all-yearly, at the option of any purchaser, in either London, Melbourne, or Dunedin ; and are secured on the City Rat«.
