IORERT' IBURNS FELLOWSHP The above Fellowship in the Univers- ity of Otago is open to any New Zealand writer of imaginative litera ture (including bio- graphy and aiteobrographyicisio, whether resident in New Zealand or, for the time being, overseas: The Fellowship is tenable for one year (with the possibility of renewal for one further year) at a stipend not less than the salary of a university lecturer. The: Fellow must reside in Dunedin and will be offered a room at the University; he may be re- quested but will not be required to lecture, his main task being to carry on his own writing. Preference will be given to applicants under forty years of age Applications should give all personal particulars and evi- dence of work published and pro- jected but not necessarily of educa- tional qualifications.
